📩 Submitting a DMCA Notice

If you own a copyright, or you’re authorized to act for the owner, and you believe something on our site infringes it, please send us a written notice that includes:

  • Your full name and contact details (including a working email address).
  • A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed
  • The exact URL(s) on our site where the material appears
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn’t authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you’re authorized to act for the copyright owner
  • Your physical or electronic signature

📧 Where to Send It

You can send your DMCA notice to:

Email: gtvhackstips@gmail.com
Subject line: DMCA Notice

⚖️ What Happens Next

When we receive a complete and valid notice, we will:

  • Review it promptly
  • Remove or disable access to the material where appropriate
  • Let the person responsible for the material know, where we can

Important Note: Notices that are incomplete or unclear may be delayed while we ask for more information.

🔁 Counter-Notification

If you think we removed your material by mistake, or because it was misidentified, you can send us a counter-notice that includes:

  • Your name, address, phone number and email
  • A description of the removed material and where it appeared before removal
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your area, and your agreement to accept legal notices from the person who filed the original complaint
  • Your physical or electronic signature

After a valid counter-notice, we may share it with the original complainant and, if they don’t pursue legal action within the period set by law, restore the material.

⚠️ False Claims

Please don’t file a notice or counter-notice you know to be false. Under the DMCA, knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, can lead to legal liability.

🚫 Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we may restrict or end access for anyone who repeatedly infringes copyright.
